Do you use Cricut Design Space? Then you will size it at 230 in the Font Point Box of Cricut Design Space  for an ss10 rhinestone template at about .134 or .135.  It's also scalable and comes in a variety of point values  that matches your size needs. No matter what hardware you're using, you'll find a font size that works best.
